Covenant Fellowship Groups (CFGs) provide a place where visitors and new members can quickly get to know others in the church, as well as ask questions that they may not have the opportunity to or feel comfortable asking in larger group settings. CFGs also provide centers for Christian service to others, within and outside the church fellowship. They help the church toward its goal of being "a house of prayer for all people" by providing opportunity for prayer as each group meets and continuing prayer throughout the week.
Plains Presbyterian Church presently has seven active Covenant Fellowship Groups meeting twice a month on different nights in different areas.
Each group differs a little in its format and emphasis, but all groups exist to foster fellowship among the members of Plains Presbyterian Church. They meet to enjoy one another's company, reflect on Christian truths and how best to apply them, and pray for one another. Consider taking advantage of this opportunity for enjoyable Christian fellowship and growth.
